Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (wisdomstreamai.com), using our services, or interacting with any AI-powered system operated by Wisdom Stream LLC ("Wisdom Stream," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Wisdom Stream LLC provides AI-powered business automation services including AI voice receptionists, chat agents, SMS notifications, appointment management, and workflow automation. We build and operate these systems on behalf of our business clients.
SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: Wisdom Stream SMS Notifications
Description: Wisdom Stream LLC sends text messages on behalf of our business clients for the following purposes: call summary notifications to business staff, appointment reminders, customer follow-ups, service-related updates, and re-engagement communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the business relationship and your interactions with our client businesses. Business staff receiving call notifications may receive multiple messages per day. Customers receiving appointment reminders or follow-up messages will typically receive 1-5 messages per interaction.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-In: By providing your phone number to one of our client businesses — whether by phone call, online form, in-person interaction, or written agreement — you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or business relationship.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will confirm your unsubscription and you will no longer receive messages from that number. Please note that opting out of SMS does not affect other communications from the business you contacted.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Use of AI Systems
Our AI receptionists and chat agents are automated systems. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Critical business decisions should not be made solely based on information provided by our AI systems. Our AI systems do not provide legal, medical, financial, or emergency services advice.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wisdom Stream LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Client Services
Our services for business clients are governed by individual service agreements. The terms in those agreements take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdom Stream LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Wisdom Stream LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
